Google Apps: Working Collaboratively

Google has multiple applications that are free to use, and work well for collaborative work. With Google Docs, for example, a document can be worked on simultaneously by a team of people, with live editing clearly visible. The document is stored online, and is accessible only to those given rights to view or edit. A teacher or parent, for example, could go online at anytime to view progress on a document. Students can work together on papers late at night, without having to leave their house.
